Thibault travels the length and breadth of France in search of exceptional wines: wines from small independent producers, quality wines made with respect for the land and the people who work it. The values of respect for the environment and alternative consumption, dear to the hearts of young people of his generation, also play a part in his choices. These discoveries are tested by a tasting panel, validated together and offered on our website.
Thibault has set himself the goal of sharing this philosophy with Luxembourg customers and promoting these values among the country’s restaurateurs.
Our definition of exceptional wines is not necessarily linked to a name or a price. Obviously, a wine costing several hundred euros has every chance of being exceptional. It’s already exceptional because of its price! We want you to discover products that are exceptional because of their respect for the terroir, the quality of the winemaking, the mastery of know-how and tradition, and the pleasure they bring to the palate. And, in so doing, we are defending a heritage that is under threat from the temptation of industrial and mechanised winegrowing, where wine is seen as little more than a commercial product on a par with a packet of washing powder. We want to support and promote our winegrower friends who are resisting the siren calls of buying groups and easy money, and who want to continue to be the artists of the land, against all the odds.
