Thibault travels throughout France in search of exceptional wines: wines from small independent producers, quality wines made with respect for the terroir and the people who work it.
The values of respect for the environment and alternative consumption, which are dear to the young people of his generation, also influence his choices. These discoveries are tested by a tasting committee, validated together and offered on our website.
Thibault has set himself the goal of sharing this philosophy with Luxembourg customers and promoting these values to the country’s restaurateurs.
Our definition of exceptional wines is not necessarily linked to a name or a price. It goes without saying that a wine costing several hundred pounds is likely to be exceptional. Its price alone makes it so!
We want to introduce you to exceptional products that respect the terroir, the quality of the winemaking process, masterful expertise and tradition, and the pleasure they bring when tasted. And, in doing so, defend a heritage threatened by the temptation of industrialised, mechanised viticulture, where wine is considered nothing more than a commercial product, just like a packet of washing powder.
We want to support and promote our winemaker friends who resist the siren call of central purchasing and easy money and want to continue to be artists of the terroir against all odds.
